RAJIV NARAIN RAINA, J.(Oral) Grievance of the petitioner is that prior to appointment as a Teacher by direct recruitment he was a TGT in the same school and his tenure of five years is protected by the transfer policy which should run from the date of direct recruitment and thus his previous service should not be counted towards five years.

For this grievance the petitioner is relegated to approach the administrative authorities to look into the grouse and take a decision thereon. In case an order adverse to the petitioner is to be passed and if the petitioner asks for personal hearing the same shall be granted.

With these observations and directions the petition stands disposed of.
