Admittedly, petitioner has been given a look after charge of the Director Agriculture, Punjab. As regards extension of respondent no. 5, same was granted and he has superannuated after availing the same. Challenge to his extension therefore does not survive. In view of above, present petition has been rendered infructuous and is hereby dismissed.
