**** Rajan Gupta, J. (Oral) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition with a prayer that locks of the gates, which have been affixed illegally, be opened. At the outset, it has been submitted by learned counsel appearing for UOI that access to the house of the petitioner is not blocked. One of the gates which provides access of the premises is always open. Another gate, abutting the premises is normally locked at night and opened in the morning.
In view of the above, no further adjudication of the matter is necessary. Petition is disposed of.
