(ORAL) Through the instant petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 499 dated 21.5.2019, registered under Section 381 IPC, Police Station Sadar Gurugram, District Gurugram. Vide order dated 13.12.2019 passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court, the petitioner was granted interim bail and was directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that pursuant to the order dated 13.12.2019 passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined the investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Manoj, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is no more required for any further investigation.
