ANIL KSHETARPAL, J(Oral) Complaining wilful violation of the order passed on 25.06.2020, the petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India. The learned counsel representing the petitioner admits that he does not have any document to prove that the land in question has been given on lease. In view thereof, no ground to initiate the proceedings under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is made out.

Dismissed.

All the pending miscellaneous applications, if any, are also disposed of.
