(Oral) The present petition is filed seeking directions to District Development and Panchayat Officer, SBS Nagar (respondent No. 3) to finalise the enquiry proceedings initiated against the Sarpanch and Panch of village Palli Uchhi, Tehsil Nawanshahar, District SBS Nagar. On advance notice, Ms. Anu Pal, DAG, Punjab appearing for the State on instructions submits that respondent No. 3 has already submitted the report to the Director, Rural Development and Panchayats, Punjab and the Director has received the same.

In view of her statement, no interference is called for in the present writ petition. The same is dismissed.
