(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that despite given opportunity, respondent No.2 has not turned up for recording of her statement on the basis of compromise, therefore, at this stage, he withdraw the petition for quashing of FIR with liberty to file afresh in case the matter is reconciled between the parties. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
