(Oral) Petitioner is seeking direction to respondent No. 2 to allow the petitioner to submit his application form and to participate in the selection process for the posts of TGT English and PGT English, pursuant to advertisement dated 23.07.2015 and 28.06.2015. On 22.01.2016, this Court passed the following order:- "Learned counsel for the petitioner inter alia contends that the petitioner appeared for the annual examination of B.Ed and his result was declared on 08.10.2015 and his result was shown as Re-appeared on the website of the University and thus the petitioner could not apply for the posts of TGT (English) and PGT (English) advertised vide advertised No. 9/2015 and 4/2015 advertised by respondent No.

2 and the last date of submission of online application for for these posts was 12.10.2015 and when on 09.10.2015 the petitioner applied for re-evaluatin and for getting his certified copy of answer sheet for the subject code Gaurav Arora 2019.05.

CWP No. 1371-2016 0722 in which re-appear was shown, which was not accepted for want of DMC. However, when the petitioner received his copy of answer sheet, he was shown pass. Thereafter, the petitioner made representation to the Secretary of respondent No. 2 mentioning the above facts but no action has been taken till date. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it was fault of the University and thus, the petitioner is entitled to apply for the post of TGT English and PGT English.

In the meantime, respondent No. 2 is directed to accept the application form of the petitioner for the post of TGT English and PGT English provisionally and allow him to participate in the selection process for these posts provisionally. Learned State counsel has produced the result of the petitioner in a sealed cover, which has been opened by the Reader of this Court. As per result, the petitioner has secured 104 marks in written examination and 21 marks in viva voice (total 125 marks) and and the last candidate has secured 126 marks under General category.

However, learned State counsel has informed the Court that the department is in process of converting 32 posts of SBC into general category and thus, the case of the petitioner will be considered accordingly. In view of the above factual position, the writ petition stands disposed of.

The result has been returned back in original to learned State counsel in the Court today.
