Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that the peƟƟoner has complied with all the condiƟons of the order dated 29.08.2023 and as per condiƟon No. 14, the affidavit of peƟƟoner has been handed over to the State counsel. He further submits that the peƟƟoner is in custody from 17.04.2023 and further incarceraƟon is not required. 3.

State counsel does not refute the submission made by counsel for the peƟƟoner. Duly notarised affidavit handed over to State counsel during the course of hearing, who inturn handover the same to the invesƟgator and employer of the peƟƟoner. 4.

Given above, the present peƟƟon is allowed and interim order dated 29.08.2023 is made absolute. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
