Prayer in the present petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.86 dated 24.04.2025, registered under Sections 316(2), 318(4) and 61(2) of BNS, 2023 at Police Station City-I, Abohar, District Fazilka.

Vide order dated 15.05.2025, while granting interim protection, the petitioner was directed to join investigation. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to order dated 15.05.2025, petitioner has joined the investigation and as such his interim bail may be made absolute.

Learned State counsel, on instructions, has affirmed the fact that the petitioner has joined the investigation and he is no more required for further investigation.
