By way of present petition filed under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023, petitioner - Ajit Singh Bagga, aged 62 years, seeks quashing of impugned order dated 20.07.2024 (Annexure P-3), vide which, petitioner has been declared as Proclaimed Offender in case No.4946-2021, dated 02.11.2021, u/s 25 of Payments and Settlement Systems Act, 2007, Police Station Shivaji Nagar, Gurugram.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better and correct particulars.
