*** Sudhir Mittal, J. (Oral) Learned State counsel submits that the revision petition has been fixed for hearing on 31.08.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that revision petition was filed in January 2022 challenging order of remand passed by the Commissioner. The said order was passed in a revision petition filed by the private respondents challenging the Sanad Takshim.

Application for stay has also been filed and delay in hearing the revision petition is causing prejudice to the petitioner. In view of the submissions made, the revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned Financial Commissioner to take up the pending revision petition along with the stay application on the next date of hearing. Till the decision of the stay application, further proceedings before the Assistant Collector shall remain stayed.
