***** RAJBIR SEHRAWAT, J. (ORAL) This is a petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to disburse the pension and allied post retiral benefits to the petitioner along with interest.

Learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the retiral claim of the petitioner has since been released. That assertion has not even been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of the above, the present petition is rendered infructuous.
