On 31.07.2023, following order was passed:- "Vide judgment dated 10.03.2023, the Principal Judge, Family Court, Jhajjar, Camp Court, Bahadurgarh, accepted the petition filed by the respondent-wife under Section 13 (1) (ia) and (ib) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, for dissolution of marriage by decree of divorce. Against the aforesaid judgment, appellant/husband has preferred the present appeal.
