The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.0259 dated 10.07.2018 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 406,420,120 of IPC, registered at Police Station Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar, Mohali.

On the last date of hearing, none had appeared on behalf of petitioner. Today as well, no one has appeared on behalf of petitioner. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that petitioner has been declared a proclaimed person vide order dated 09.01.2026. A copy of the said order has been placed on record.

In light of the above, the petition seeking quashing of the FIR No.0259 dated 10.07.2018 (Annexure P-1), under Sections 406,420,120 of IPC is hereby dismissed.
