Learned counsel for State submitted that petitioner has been promoted to the post of Assistant notionally w.e.f. 6.12.2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner has drawn attention of this Court to order dated 12.07.2019 to contend that it did not entail into payment of consequential benefits along with interest. At this stage, counsel for State submitted that since representation has already been made in this regard, consequential benefits, if permissible, shall be released to the petitioner within a period of one month by passing a speaking order. In case no such order is passed, would entail into imposition of costs of `25000/- to be recovered from salary of officer/official instrumental of taking such decision. This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioner to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in PANKAJ KUMAR 2019.07.23 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
