Mr. Parveen Kaushik, Advocate for the petitioner. HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J The petitioner, who is working in Group D since 1994, claims that he is entitled to regularization, in terms of various Government Policies issued from time to time by the Government.

In this regard, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 29.1.2020 (P.4) to respondent No.4 but no action thereon has been taken so far. He states that he would be content and interest of justice would be advanced if the representation dated 29.01.2020 (P.4) made by him is considered and decided in accordance with law. Without commenting upon the merits of the case or opining on the veracity of the allegations contained in the representation, this petition is disposed of with direction to the Competent Authority amongst the respondents to look into the representation (P.4) and take appropriate action, as may be warranted under law. It is expected that needful would be done expeditiously.
