-.- JAISHREE THAKUR J. (ORAL) This is a petition that has been filed seeking direction to the official respondents to investigate the matter in FIR No.274 dated 16.07.2020 under Sections 328, 302, 34 IPC at Police Station Ferozepur Jhirka, District Nuh.

Status report by way of affidavit of Chander Pal, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Ferozepur Jhirkha has been filed, in which a categoric stand has been taken that the matter has been investigated thoroughly by the Investigating Officer and the concellation report has been prepared on 01.12.2020 and the same will be submitted before the Illaqa Magistrate after taking due approval.

In view of the reply filed by the respondent-State and the stand therein by the respondent-State that the matter has already been investigated and a cancellation report has been prepared, which will be submitted soon before the Illaqa Magistrate, learned counsel for the PANKAJ KUMAR 2021.01.15 15:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
