)  After the affidavit dated 08.11.2021 was filed by the DSP, Samana, as recorded in the order dated 16.11.2021, learned State counsel submits that the certificates in respect of the date of birth of both the petitioners have been verified from their respective schools, as per his instructions from ASI Rajwinder Kaur, with them both found to be above the age of majority. That being so, without making any comment on the actual merits of the what is contended in the petition, it simply being one seeking protection of life and liberty of the petitioners after they have entered into a live-in relationship with each other, and such protection being a basic fundamental right enshrined in Article 21 of the Constitution of India, the petition is disposed with a direction to respondents no.1 to 3 to ensure that the life and liberty of the petitioners is duly protected as per law.
