NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Challenge in the present revision petition is to judgment dated 05.08.2017, vide which the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Moga, while dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner has affirmed the judgment dated 18.12.2015, rendered by the leaned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Baghapurana, acquitting respondents No. 2 to 14. The case pertains to the year 2018 and notice is yet to be issued in the same. Perusal of order sheets shows that this matter has since been adjourned time and again on the request of learned counsel for the petitioner. It is further revealed that vide order dated 22.07.2019, a co-ordinate Bench of this Court had dismissed the application (CRM1146-2018) under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, for non-prosecution, however, the same was ordered to be restored on the same day vide another order of even date.

Today, despite the case having been called twice, the petitioner has gone un-represented. Thus, in view of the above, it can RISHU KATARIA 2023.08.23 19:32 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
