(Oral) CM No. 10867-CWP of 2015 This is an application filed under Section 151 of the CPC, seeking withdrawal of the writ petition, in which the arguments were heard and the judgment was reserved on July 31, 2015. It has been averred in para No.2 of the application that the learned counsel for the applicant-petitioners has received instructions from the petitioners to withdraw the present writ petition (CWP No. 14731 of 2015) to pursue their remedy in other Forum. It has also been stated in the application that the supporting affidavit is not required as the statement is being made at the Bar.
After hearing learned counsel for the applicant-petitioners and perusing the averments made in the application, the Civil Miscellaneous Application is hereby allowed and the applicant-petitioners are permitted to JAWALA RAM 2015.08.27 10:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh

CWP No. 14731 of 2015 In the present writ petition arguments were heard and the judgment was reserved on July 31, 2015. In the meantime, a Civil Miscellaneous Application No.10867-CWP of 2015 was filed by the petitioners seeking withdrawal of the instant writ petition with liberty to pursue their remedy in the other Forum.

In view of the order of even date passed in CM No. 10867CWP of 2015, the present writ petition is taken up for re-hearing and is dismissed as withdrawn as prayed. Accordingly, the petitioners shall be at liberty to avail alternative remedy, if any, available to them before any other Forum in accordance with law.
