RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J. (ORAL) Matter has been taken up through video conferencing via Webex facility in the light of the Pandemic Covid-19 situation and as per instructions.

The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to conclude the enquiry and take further action on Complaint No.1509556 dated 21.02.2019, filed before the Commissioner of Police, Ludhiana. Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.M.S.Nagra, Assistant Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if his complaint, dated 21.02.2019, Annexure P-1, is decided expeditiously.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2, i.e. the Commissioner of Police, Mini Secretariat, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana, to look into the complaint, dated 21.02.2019, Annexure P-1, and decide the same expeditiously and preferably within one month from today.
