Learned State counsel submits that the present petition be dismissed at the very outset, as the result has already been declared on 23.06.2022 (P-2)and gazette notification was also issued on 04.07.2022. The oath ceremony has already taken place. The petitioner has a remedy to approach the Election Tribunal.

In view of the above factual position, the present petition is dismissed.
