The controversy pertains to eviction from Industrial Plot No.B20, measuring 5250 sq.yards, situated in Industrial Area, Phase -II, Focal Point, Mohali, in which the petitioner has been eventually proved to be unauthorised occupant.

[2] The petitioner in this case has handed over the physical possession of the site to Punjab Financial Corporation. Let his amount be refunded after deducting electricity, water and property tax charges proportionate to the area in his possession, within one week.
