Learned counsel for the petitioner very fairly concedes the fact that keeping in view the judgment of this Court in CWP-14063-2022 titled as Rahul Boora vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 07.10.2023, along with bunch of petitions, question of law raised in the present petition has already been decided by this Court against the petitioner but the said judgment is pending consideration before the Division Bench of this Court in LPA-1773-2023.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that once, the question of law raised in the present petition has already been decided against the petitioner, present petition is also liable to be dismissed. 3.

Keeping in view fact mentioned herein before, once, it is a conceded position that issue raised in the present petition has already been decided against the petitioner in the judgment passed by this Court in the case of Rahul Boora (supra), present petition is also dismissed keeping in view the observations made by this Court in the case of Rahul Boora (supra).
