CRM-M-33218-2020 Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.49 dated 12.02.2020, registered at Police Station Division No.2, Ludhiana, under Sections 323, 506, 427, 120-B and 34 IPC and Sections 325 and 307 IPC (added later on). Vide order dated 09.11.2020 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join investigation.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Inder Singh, submits that the petitioner has joined investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

Moreover, learned counsel for the complainant submits that the matter has been compromised between the petitioner and the complainant.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 09.11.2020 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
