(ORAL) Mr. Amrik Narwal, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, has appeared on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4 in this case in pursuance of the copies of the present petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance and on the instructions from ASI Satish Kumar from Police Station Jind Sadar, District Jind, he apprises the Court that the investigation proceedings have already been concluded in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.60 dated 11.02.2022 registered at the above-said Police Station, under Sections 148, 149, 285 & 302 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 and the final report/ Challan has also been presented in the competent Court on 10.05.2022. In view of the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition while submitting that in the afore-said changed circumstances, the petitioner would avail the appropriate NEETU RANI 2022.07.25 18:03 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment PHHC
