(Oral) Petitioner-Sunita, aged 48 years, has filed this petition under Section 483 of BNSS, seeking regular bail in case FIR No.397 dated 14.08.2021 under Sections 201, 302, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Meham, District Rohtak.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since petitionerSunita has already been ordered to be released on bail in this case, vide order dated 20.05.2026 passed by Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRM-M27659-2026, instant petition has been rendered infructuous and be disposed of as such.
