ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN J. (Oral) The petitioner alleges violation of the order dated 08.07.2021, vide which the police party was directed to decide the representation.

As per the affidavit of the Director General of Police, Punjab, a detailed enquiry was conducted, copy of which is attached as Annexure R-2, and no substance was found.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of having been rendered infructuous.
