(Oral) The challenge in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution, is to the order dated 19.05.2016 (Annexure P-5) vide which respondent No.1 dismissed the application dated 10.05.2016 (Annexure P-4) filed by the petitioner as I.A. No. 735 of 2016. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of appeal. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies as may be available to her, in accordance with law.
