(ORAL) Instant writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated dated 29.09.2010 (Annexure P-8) passed by District Collector, Ludhiana, exercising the powers under the Punjab Religious Premises and Land (Eviction and Rent) Recovery Act, 1997 whereby petitioners have been ordered to be evicted from the property in question as well as the order dated 15.01.2014 (Annexure P-10) passed by Divisional Commissioner, Patiala Division, Patiala, whereby order passed by the District Collector has been upheld.
Learned counsel for respondents No.3 to 5 has filed written statement along with Annexures R3/1 and R3/2 on behalf of respondent No.3 in Court today, same is taken on record. Learned counsel for RAVINDER SINGH 2016.04.01 16:46 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document
-2CWP No.14767 of 2015 respondents No.3 to 5 states that as per resolution (Annexure R3/1) passed by respondent No.3 the school has been permitted to run in the premises in question.
In view of this, learned counsel for the State does not press this petition and prays that respondent No.3 should abide by terms of the resolution.
