**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondents to identify and reserve the posts for persons with disabilities, in terms of the provisions of Section 32 of the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation), Act, 1995. At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the instructions dated 17.04.2017 (as finds mentioned in the order dated 12.01.2018 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court) issued by the Government of Haryana, has now been withdrawn vide letter dated 15.05.2018.

Upon this, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner does not press this petition.

Dismissed as not pressed.
