CRM-M-30765-2020 In the present petition, the allegation of the petitioner is that the private respondents have duped the petitioner to the tune of Rs.70 lacs on the pretext of sending him and his family abroad. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed a complaint in this regard but no action is taken by the authorities though, as per the allegations mentioned in the complaint, a cognizable offence is made out. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar Rural dated 16.09.2020 (Annexure P-14) and the petitioner will be satisfied at this stage, in case, a NARESH KUMAR 2020.10.06 19:41 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document Chandigarh

Learned counsel for the respondents raises no objection for deciding the representation of the petitioner dated 16.09.2020 (Annexure P-14) in a time bound manner by passing appropriate speaking order Without commenting upon the merits of the case or about the entitlement of the petitioner for the relief which has been claimed by him in the representation dated 16.09.2020 (Annexure P-14), the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation dated 16.09.2020 (Annexure P-14), if not already decided, within a period of six weeks from the receipt of copy of this order.
