(ORAL) In the connected writ petition i.e. CWP No.9697 of 2010, it has been stated on instructions by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have been promoted, therefore, on the basis of the said statement, the same has been dismissed as not pressed. In the present petition, it appears that the petitioner might have also been promoted, therefore, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous. However, in case the petitioner has not been promoted, liberty is granted to the petitioner to get the writ petition revived.
