Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) On the previous date of hearing i.e. 15.7.2016 the following order was passed:- "Petitioner was engaged as a Guest Faculty Lecturer in Music since the Session 2013-15 till 201516 at Government College of Education, Jalandhar. Challenge is to the order dated 6.7.2016(P-7) whereby Suman Bala-respondent no.3 a part time lecturer has been transferred from Government College, Hoshiarpur and posted in place of petitioner. It is contended that such kind of replacement is totally prohibited by a Division Bench judgment of this Court rendered on 11.4.2005 Annexure P-10.

Notice of motion for 16.8.2016.

On the asking of the Court Mr.Vaibhav Sharma, Deputy Advocate General,Punjab accepts notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2.

At the time of hearing today,learned State counsel submits that present writ petition has become infructuous as the petitioner has been allowed to rejoin at the Government College of Education, Jalandhar as Guest Faculty Lecturer(Music).

Dismissed as infructuous.
