(ORAL) This Court had, vide order dated 04.07.2019, directed Director General, Secondary Education, Haryana, Panchkula to be present in Court and explained the rational in issuing two contradictory letters dated 21.06.2019 (Annexure P-3) and 26.06.2019 (Annexure P-14). Mr. Rakesh Gupta, Director General, Secondary Education, Haryana, is present in Court and submitted that this Court was not apprised about the fact that the seniority list is dated 05.04.2017 and objections against it, had already been finalized on 01.07.2019. Mr. Anurag Goyal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, has brought to the notice of this Court that in the seniority list, which has been prepared after 01.07.2019, seniority has been given before the date of appointment.
