Today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. 2.

A perusal of order dated 16.10.2023 would show that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners and the case was adjourned to 03.05.2024 with an observation that in case there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners on the next date of hearing, the matter may be dismissed for non-prosecution. 3.

On 03.05.2024, learned counsel for the petitioners appeared and on request, the case was adjourned to 20.05.2024. Again there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 20.05.2024. 4.

It appears that the petitioners are not interested to pursue the matter.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
