The petitioners have approached this Court seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 and 3 to protect life and liberty of the petitioners as they apprehend threat to the same at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7 for having married against wishes of their families.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and while noticing that the petitioners have already submitted a representation dated 12.9.2020 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Faridabad, District Faridabad, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the District and Sessions Judge concerned within a period of one PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.09.29 15:30 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Mr. Karan Sharma, AAG, Haryana, upon whom an advance copy of petition had already been served, shall ensure that a copy of this order is conveyed immediately to respondent No.2-Superintendent of Police, Faridabad, District Faridabad.
