(ORAL) Petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of cetiorari for quashing the order dated 12.09.2014 (Annexure P-7) passed by respondent No.1 whereby original application filed by respondent No.8 has been allowed.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that as only show-cause notice has been issued to the petitioner, he may be allowed to withdraw this petition and petitioner shall file a detailed and comprehensive reply to the same. It was prayed that direction be issued to the respondent to decide the same expeditiously after affording an opportunity of hearing.
