(Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents to release the pensionary benefits of Sh. Jagtar Singh and family pension of said Jagtar Singh to his wife along with all consequential benefits and interest. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the present petition, the petitioner has been reinstated in service vide order dated 14.08.2024, however, his pensionary benefits have not been released. He further submits that for claiming the said benefits, he shall make a detailed representation to respondent No.2 and the same may be considered in a time bound manner.
