It appears to us that some of the Forms-F appended by the petitioner are not relevant to the issue involved whereas the documents which might be having direct bearing ought to be appended. We thus dismiss this writ petition as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action and with better particulars.
