Present petition is directed against the order dated 05.02.2019, Annexure P-1, passed by Central Administrative Tribunal. Operative part whereof reads as under"- "6. Accordingly, the O.A. is disposed of in limine. The impugned order (Annexure A-1) is quashed and the matter is remitted back to the respondents to re-visit the claim of the applicant in the light of judicial pronouncements relied upon by him. If the applicant is found similarly situated like the applicants in the relied upon cases, the relevant benefit be granted to him, otherwise a reasoned and speaking order be passed, and a copy thereof be duly communicated to the applicant.

7. Needless to mention that nothing observed hereinabove shall be construed as an expression of any opinion on the merits of the case. No costs".

Limited grievance raised by learned counsel for the petitionersUOI is that only applicant has been given the liberty to rely upon judicial pronouncements in the aforesaid order, no such observation has been passed as regards UOI.

We clarify that UOI shall be at liberty to place reliance on any judgment, it feels, is relevant to its case. The authority shall, then, decide the case as per law. Learned counsel for UOI is satisfied with this clarification.

No further adjudication of the matter is, thus, necessary. Petition is hereby disposed of.
