This petition is filed to challenge the order dated 25.07.2011. Not only the writ petition is highly belated as the petitioner has approached this Court after 5 years but also his application has been declined on the ground that he was not found doing the business of selling the scooters as there was a liquor-vend over the site in question. Thus, no interference is called for in this petition and the same is hereby dismissed.
