After hearing learned counsel for the applicant, instant application is allowed for the reasons stated therein. Date of hearing is preponed from 28.9.2016 to today, i.e. 24.8.2016. CM stands disposed of.

CWP No. 13850 of 2016 Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, submits that he does not intend to press this petition qua writ in the nature of Certiorari. He further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied in case the Deputy Commissioner, Fatehgarh Sahib-respondent No.2 is directed to consider and decide his representation dated 24.12.2014 (Annexure P-8) within a reasonable time.

Civil Writ Petition No. 13850 of 2016 (O&M) Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, lest it should prejudice the rights of either of the parties, the Deputy Commissioner, Fatehgarh Sahibrespondent No.2 is directed to look into the matter, consider the grievance of the petitioner, raised vide his representation dated 24.12.2014 (Annexure P-8) and decide the same, at an early date by passing an appropriate order thereon, strictly in accordance with law, but in any case within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. With the abovesaid observations made and directions issued, present petition stands disposed of.
