*** Present: Mr.D.R.Bansal, Advocate, for the petitioner. -.- Surya Kant, J . (Oral) The petitioner questions the order dated 29.12.2014 whereby the Land Acquisition Collector has declined to entertain his petition for apportionment of compensation amount already paid to the land-owner of the acquired land, namely, Smt. Raj Rani wife of Narender Singh. The petitioner claims himself to be tenant over the land and in this regard he relies upon a lease-deed.

Since there is no adjudication by any Competent Forum on the question of tenant and landlord relationship between the petitioner and Smt.Raj Rani, we find no legal infirmity in the order passed by the Land Acquisition Collector. The petitioner, if so advised, may establish his claim before the appropriate forum.

Dismissed.
