Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner-Union submits that most of the workmen have already settled their dispute with the respondent-establishment but for the remaining workmen, as there was no challenge to the illegal action of termination of service hence, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the remaining workmen to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum in case admissible to contest the alleged termination of services of the workmen concerned.
