(ORAL) Challenge in the present revision is to the order dated 25.01.2018 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Rohtak, in Application No. MNT-171/2015 titled as 'Davinder Kaur Kamal and others vs. Harvinder Pal Singh Kamal' in proceedings Sections 125 Cr.P.C., the petitioner-husband was directed to pay Rs.7,500/- p.m. to the respondent No.1/wife and Rs. 3,000/- p.m. to each of respondents No.2 and 3/minor children as final maintenance alongwith litigation expenses of Rs.11,000/-. Learned counsel for the respondents has informed this Court that the petitioner-husband has failed to comply with order dated 24.01.2019 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court whereby the DIVYANSHI 2024.08.23 09:39 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CRR(F)-137-2018 (O&M) - 2petitioner-husband was directed to clear the entire arrears of maintenance till date. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the respondents that petitioner-husband has even not complied with order dated 03.02.2020 passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court whereby the petitioner-husband was directed to clear the arrears of maintenance to the tune of 50% due as on date. It is submitted that respondent No.1-wife has two minor children to look after and she has no source of income. A perusal of the order sheets shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on the last date of hearing i.e. 02.11.2022. Even today also, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is not interested in pursuing the present revision.
