The family members of petitioner No.1 have reconciled to the fact of there being a relationship between the petitioners and petitioners also have recorded their satisfaction that so far as threat apprehended at the hands of private respondents at the time of filing of the petitioner is concerned, the same no more exists. In view of above, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
