*** LISA GILL, J.(Oral) Prayer in the present petition is for a direction to the respondents to consider and promote the petitioners as Block Primary Eductation Officer (BPEO) from the post of Center Head Teacher w.e.f. the date their alleged juniors and similarly situated were promoted as BPEO. It is submitted that juniors of the petitioners have been afforded benefits of promotion to the post of Block Primary Eductation Officer (BPEO) from the post of Center Head Teacher vide order dated 08.02.2022, pursuant to order dated 25.09.2018 passed by this Court in LPA-37-2017. It is submitted that petitioners are similarly situated as the said juniors and are also entitled to the same relief of promotion and consequential benefits thereof. In this respect, legal notice dated 18.04.2022 (Annexure P-4) is stated to have been submitted by the petitioners but to no avail. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts the prayer for a decision on legal notice dated 18.04.2022 (Annexure P-4) , submitted by the petitioners, in a time bound manner.
