The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.0315, dated 06.07.2022, registered under Sections 120-B, 384, 406, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 506 IPC at Police Station Sector 5, Panchkula, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
